It has a plush king-sized bed and clean, crisp cotton sheets for comfort. The luxurious primary King bedroom offers a flat-screen TV, the perfect place to curl up with a good book. The private en-suite bathroom attached to this room has a walk-in shower. The bath has fresh towels and a starter kit for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Basement Level: This basement level is a game room and sleeping area. It is listed as the second bedroom in the photo tour. It contains a one-size bunk bed that sleeps 2, and the sofa in the basement converts into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests. There’s a half bath on the basement floor of the home. We have a foldable mini-crib (39" Lx 25" W) with a 1.5" mattress. Remember, it's well water, so bring bottled water and ice. There may be occasional quirks, like a brownish tint in the water. Stay connected using our strong WiFi, and unwind in the hot tub, keeping in mind it takes time to heat up, taking up to 12 hours or more. This spacious home is in the perfect location for discovering Smoky Mountain! Ideally located in Sugar Mountain, it is just a 4-minute drive to the parkway.
