Pets are allowed (max of 2) with applicable pet fee. It will be applied to your bill when you add pets to the reservation. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your travel plans. Life happens, and unexpected events can arise. With trip insurance, you may be eligible for a refund in case of last-minute cancellations for covered reasons after the cancellation window. If you need to cancel, we will make every effort to rebook the dates. If we successfully rebook, we will refund the difference between your original booking and the new booking amount. We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). The provided supplies should last for 1-2 days. Additional supplies can be purchased at stores like Publix, Target, or Aldi. Every baby has different comfort needs, and bringing your own ensures the safest and coziest sleep. We provide a Pack ’n Play for your little one, we ask that you bring your own fitted sheet or linens. There is a $300 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the cabin or inside the dome. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area. The indoor fireplace is electric, not a gas fireplace. Please be careful to turn it off when leaving the cabin. The minimum age is 21 for the guests to reserve the property. Sevier County requires every cabin to drain and refill the hot tub between guests. If we have a guest that checked out the morning of your arrival, it would take a few hours to heat the clean water. We strive to provide our guests with clean hot tub water, even though it may be hot after your arrival on the first day. After the cancellation window closes, all payments are non-refundable. Moving or rescheduling reservation dates is not permitted after the cancellation window closes. We cannot make exceptions due to weather, illness, travel delays, or personal reasons. Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard your reservation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Two exterior motion-activated floodlight camera has been installed in our cabin for your security in front of the cabin, recording video and audio.
